Metal Detectable Elevator Buckets
A client engaged Tynic to produce a high-temperature, metal-detectable elevator bucket for the wine industry. In collaboration with leading material developers, Tynic engineered a blue PTFE compound offering superior thermal stability, chemical resistance, and full food safety compliance. The material was then machined utilising our state-of-the-art engineering facility.
Monadelphous & Rio Tinto Rope Protection Project
For a major mining project, Tynic fabricated a series of rope protection shields using blue UHMWPE. Engineered for extreme durability and impact resistance, these components help protect critical rope systems in harsh operational environments. The shields are now in use on-site in collaboration with Monadelphous and Rio Tinto.
